Hello there!

Sorry haven’t been posting for quite some time! >.< First there were block tests, and then there was the montage for Teachers’ Day Celebrations to chiong out by yesterday night. Anyway, I’m a free girl now! :D Before I start mugging for EOYs. Hehe. XD

How are you Elysha? :D Lixian and I are fine back here (I’ve been pestering Lixian to post but lately she has been busier than me D:). :D Oh! Do you know that Lixian is President of Chinese Orchestra?! Denise is the Vice-President! YAY for 209 ’08! Haha. For other CCAs, also got a lot of 209-ers in the EXCO, like Amanda Ong and Joelle are in Guzheng EXCO, Ting Wei and Eugenia are in String Ensemble EXCO (if I miss anyone out here for Strings, pls tell me!), and many more! Haha. 209-ers are all 女强人man. :D so proud of you guys!

Oh, I’m going to China for 6 weeks from October to November this year! Lixian has applied for the same programme, but still not confirmed whether she is going or not. I hope she is, then it would be so fun. Haha. XD Anyway, we are going specifically to Shanghai, and we are studying in Fudan High School or something like that. :) I have seen the programme already, and it’s like almost every day is go to school and study. LOL. OH OH! You know we get to wear their school uniform, and then if it gets too cold or something, I think we get their winter wear too! YAY. I’ve seen their school uniform before, it’s pretty cool. :D Elysha, do you get to go overseas to study this year too? :) should request for a programme with Nanyang Girls’ High in Singapore, then can come back to study with us! Haha. :D

Kay, I need to do some research for my Shanghai trip (we have a report to do when we get there D:) already. You guys post ya? :) Take care!

HI GUYS!

Sorry for not posting so long... I've been quite busy with school and everything. It's all on my livejournal haha so I won't really type all of it out in that much detail.

Firstly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SABRINA YEO!!! For ytd. I have your photo on my livejournal if you go look hahaha I LOVE YOU! I hope you had a great 15th (SO OLD :P) birthday ytd as you've always had and will always be having! :)

So anywayyyyyy I went out with Jiahui on Wednesday! We had lunch and we took a few photos :) But we both agreed that it was a bad day for photos because neither of us thought that the photos were anywhere near decent, but for Sabrina and Lixian, we had to (:D). HAHA yeh ok so here are the photos!!!

Haha :) And yes I did change my glasses haha I look quite different hmm. And my hair is getting really long I should/will cut it soon!!! Maybe after winter because I need all the warmth I can get meanwhile haha...

Oh and since Sabrina Yeo is so interested in the swine flu condition here in Melbourne - yeah Victoria has like the most cases outside of America, but like I guess we've already gotten used to it being around and there's a cure anyway, so we just kind of got over it. Haha. ;D

Next week is my last week of holiday! :( It's the winter break right now and I have 3 weeks off heehee but other schools only have 2 weeks! Haha so everybody is gonna go back to school next week but I'll still be sleeping in (and trying to finish all the holiday homework...). :D

How was going back to school after the June holidays for you two? I'm sure you finished all your homework haha! And has CCA started? Eugenia Kwong is like full on missing CCA haha she talks about it on Facebook ;) Lixian must miss CCA lots too (ahem leaf ahem)! :P

Hahaha Sabrina you're such a pig! Look at that long list of food... Tsk tsk tsk :} Hahaha welllllll on Tuesday my friend Lauren came over and we made sushi! It was pretty good haha. Next week I'll be baking Smores Brownies (basically brownies with melted marshmallow on top) with Hanna my Korean friend haha!!! WHO'S HUNGRY NOW :D

HOMG Lixian with the Fahrenheit again -.- HAHA hmm for me I'm really happy that Roger Federer got his 15th Grand Slam!!! :D I love him haha he's the awesomest!!! :} Besides him I don't think I have any other major obsessions with celebrities haha... UNLIKE CHEW LIXIAN.

Lixian how did you go for the piano competiton thing? Haha :)

Alrighto I don't think that's anything else to really say haha because everything is on my livejournal and I'm too lazy to type it all up again. Plus this blog is for Sab, Lixian and me hahaha so we should talk about things that relates to all 3 of us more :)

Aiyo, I’m very very very sad! How come no one posts here anymore? D:

Anyway, elysha, how’s the H1N1 virus at your side? Is it very serious? I don’t know if you know about the situation here, but we have around 300plus cases already! And that’s quite a lot I guess, given how puny we are as compared to Australia, or even Melbourne. XD BUT STILL, our MOE or MOH here hasn’t announced an extended holiday for us. D: HAHAHAHA. I bet most of the students in Singapore are praying for extended holidays luh. There was this poll on channel news asia, asking those people who would like an extended to go and vote there. XD and loads of people actually went there to vote. :D very amusing. :D you know, because now the virus is spreading within Singapore, our CCAs are all SUSPENDED! D: I’m DEVASTATED now. Because 1. I’ve been baking loads of sweet stuff (tell you about it later XD), and because I’ve this policy that whatever I bake, I must be the first to try it, so you can imagine how fat I would be if there’s no training! 2. Training is THE BEST (even though it can make you feel like shit sometimes D:), just like how Lixian would say CO is the best (esp 大组 since LEAF would be there if I’m not wrong XD) and you would say JUDO is the best (or track?? XD). Haha. Yep. That’s why, I hope training resumes when school reopens. Anyway, since they allow us to go to school, the chances of transmission is the same as letting us go for CCA luh please. And I think those outdoor CCAs are the safest, cos’ we are OUTDOORS, which means slightly lower chances of transmission, as compared to being cooped in a small air-con room (hehe, sorry lixian). Yeah, so we should have training! HAHAHA. Why do I seem to be trying to convince you to believe that resuming training is good? You are not even MOE or MOH. HAHAHA. XD Oh ya, morning assemblies are cancelled as for now, cos’ morning assemblies are the best time for transmission to occur. 1000plus students and teachers all down there, one “achoo” and 5-6 people kena already. Tsk tsk. Anyway, YAY! It means we have slightly more time to do stuff. Muahahaha. :D
Oh ya, you are having holidays now right? So no school for you. D: aw man. Remember to upload your photos with jia hui okay? :D

Haha, now I shall talk about my baking! :D You see, cos’ we are supposed to learn a skill for NYAA (National Youth Achievement Award), and I die also don’t want to use my piano, cos’ all my teacher will say would be, “Has been deproving. No improvement.” XD and, the point of learning a skill is to IMPROVE! So, nope, I’m not taking piano as my skill. XD and so, I chose BAKING! Which is 100 times cooler than piano, cos’ you get to bake, and then EAT! Haha. Plus, I choose what I want to bake, so usually I get to eat what I like. Unless the stuff come out inedible, which is sometimes the case. HAHAHA. XD Anyway, I tell you guys what I’ve made so far okay!

1. Orange chocolate chip cookies (pretty healthy, if not for the chocolate chips. XD but what’s heavenly without chocolate? :D)
2. Potato chip cookies (sounds weird, but really nice! :D)
3. Chocolate banana cake
4. Decadent chocolate dessert muffins (NUMBER 1! Got chocolate sauce in the centre, and chocolate sauce on top! YUMMY!!!)
5. Jam doughnut muffin (this one isn’t really doughnut, actually nothing about it is doughnuttish. Haha. But it’s pretty nice. :D)
6. Apple streusel muffins (this is like the apple crumble our homec teacher taught us! Except apple crumble is 100times nicer. D:)
7. Cheese cake (I just did this today, and the cheese cake is hardening in my fridge now! It shall be my breakfast tmr! Muahaha. :D)

Haha, are you getting hungry by now? I am! And I ate a lot of rubbish already! XD

Hello there!

How come no one posts anymore? D: Awww... Anyway, I'm here to tell you guys that I am wearing braces at the end of the year!!!! XD

Haha. Yep. I went to see the orthodontist at Tan Tock Seng Medical Centre today (and wasted close to 1.5hrs just waiting XP) and she said that my mouth was overcrowded with teeth (haha, sounds wrong huh XD), that's why my teeth are all crooked. Then I was like, "Okay, no problem, I was prepared to wear braces anyway." Then she said that there were other problems with my teeth.

Firstly, one of the 2 canine teeth that would have to be plucked out to put braces had not fully grown out of the gum yet. So the doctor said that I had to undergo a minor operation to extract that tooth out. Having a minor operation is fine with me, but when she said, "Oh, and there might be some swelling and stitches have to be done", I was like, "WHAT?! I can't even take injections!" Then, she said, "When I numb you, I need to inject your gum." GOSH. Now there's injection too! D: hur hur. And I thought that wearing braces would be fun (at least it was so when the doctor made models of my teeth and took pictures of them XD)...

Secondly, my 2 wisdom teeth at the back of my lower jaw were not fully grown out yet. This wasn't the main problem actually. The main problem was that from the X Ray, they were growing horizontally instead of vertically. >.< So, the doctor explained that when those wisdom teeth grow out, I will have to go for another operation to get them extracted, or else wearing braces is like for nothing. Ugh. Which means, I have to get stitches and injections TWICE. Hur hur.

Ya luh, so that's my sad sad life. XD

Oh, I just came back from Malacca! It was pretty fun luh, and I LOVE the HOTEL, but a bit sian. Recently, I find alot of things sian. Therefore, I conclude that it must be some problem with myself, and not Malacca. XD

It's the second week of June Hols in Singapore now! Lixian's holiday is like mostly packed with Chinese Orchestra, and mine is homework and other random stuff like getting ready of Aug block test. >.< sigh, holidays are never holidays when you get to secondary school. And JC is just worser. D:

Anyway, how are you elysha? Bet your holidays are way better than ours! Haha. You need to update us on your situation there, make us jealous, and maybe one day we will just go crazy and fly over to Australia to study. haha. XD i'm just being lame. ignore me.

!!! OMG!!! I don't know!!! This is the FIRST time I feel so excited about this! (just by looking at the poster .__. when actually it looks 'REALLY' .. good?? =x AHHH!!!!!! I don't know! YOu know when i saw an email sent to me by NAC regarding this. I literally 'jumped'! HAIZ.. Might be cos this is my LAST year joining this comp.. 15 is the oldest age for intermediate.. Any older.. They throw you to senior. AND if I play in senior cat, HAHAHAHA, i will be the laugh of the day -.- ANYWAY.. YES!!! My last year!!!! My wish... is to get in to at least semi-finals! But.. i dunno! There are so SO SOOOOO many GOOD ppl! winners and semi finalists of 2 years ago's junior cat has been PROMOTED to intermediate and their techniques are like 10000000000^n better than me! I feel so bei ai lah! somemore ppl like clarence and zhe xuan.. (my piano teacher's student's student xD and my piano teacher's student respectively) Can imagine (if I have the zi1 ge2 to participate the comp and attend masterclasses arranged by me piano teacher..) me playing like SHIT and them playing like angels in heaven and me going home in tears (like what happened 2 years ago..)

NO! That shall not happen to me THIS YEAR!! My last year!!! Never waste the LAST chance!!!! Jia you, Lixian!!!!! xDD *ego*

Hello! Blogging again after like.. A FEW MONTHS not blogging? .___. heh. Here I am.. In a depressed mood again... =( Let's list it out.. x/
1. HMP test. It screwed a lot. I didn't know how to write.. Didn't know what to write.. Didn't know where to listen. The worst was.. "What is the instrument that comes in first?"
ME: ... -.- SHIT. oboe? clarinet? SHIT. I don't know how to differentiate. *imagines sheena and charis playing <- their instrument mah* but.. to no avail -.- *TIKAMS* answer: oboe. CORRECT ANSWER: clarinet. *TOOOT#^%&^*&%&^$%^#$%#%$%&^!@#$TOOT*
Conclusion: My music knowledge SUCKS and.. so what if i watch SO many concerts? No improvement. To make it sound ugly.. Waste of time. I can't even differentiate instruments! :'(
2. I am.. 'losing' my hair and friends.. I don't know! It is either they have changed or I have changed.. We seem distant from each other alr! We were SO SO SO close last time crapping abt everything under the sun.. Now.. weird. I apologise for snapping at you always! I don't know why I do that too! I think you hate me literally by now. Actually that's all to my sadness but i dunno! TOday after HMP block test, I went to eat with denise and song yang (in an attempt to DISTRESS).. Then we (esp denise and I) were like, "I feel like bao4-ing at someone and SCREAM and CRY!!! But no reason to do so! *heart feels SUPER and irritatingly heavy and BLEH. =/

SYF is actually ok! Our standard SHOT up like crazy! Feelings is there like fire in our hearts! 0.0 HAHA i know it sounds wrong lah! BUT me is happy! striving towards GWH NYCO! xD ~ALL THE WAY! cos it's like the previous few sessions, our notes, yin1 zun3, technical stuff all ALMOST perfect but the feeling like -------------------- <- this flat x( NOW it's full of fireworks and WHOOTs! xD HEHE i really very nervous and excited *hyperventilating*!!! This is my FIRST time participating in SYF and probably the last time... =P hehe dunno! may be joining SYCO in JC.. dunno!

1. You know Earth Hour day right? Then (in support of Lisa xD) my whole family switched off all the lights at home. Then as KAYPO ppl, me, my father, my mother, decided to go to Hougang Mall and see which shops support Earth Hour! xD so we went.. walk here walk there.. Then we decided to go to the supermarket xD then me and my mum went to the sweets section to look at the chocolates.
Mum: Eh mei ah, mai3 zhe4 ge4! hao3 chi1! (holds on to the cadbury chocolate)
Me: really meh? Not nice! this one nicer lah! (points to van houten raisin and cadbury's black forest xD)
Mum: orh. ok lor.
(THEN after looking around and me secretly putting more and more chocolates into the basket.. this couple, about the same age as my mother, came to look at chocolates also! Then the lady took the chocolate my mum picked when we first stepped into the section xD
Mum: eh mei! in chinese: you see! that aunty also buy that chocolate! You see i tell you the chocolate very nice!

then because before we used the machine, no one was there lining up and stuff.. So after a while (with my mum still 'figuring' out on what buttons to press') I realised that there were a couple and an old man lining behind us! HAHAHAHHAHAHA

My mum was chao pai seh lah! then she started to gan chiong (literally 'shaking' before she pressed the buttons! I quickly walked away from her and LAUGHED my head off!!!!! HAHAH. ok i am sadist 0.o sorry lah! but very funny!!!!!

Hello people! :)

Why am I the only posting now huh? I’m supposed to be the busiest hello. XD haha. How’s everyone going? I am still coping well, I think. Block tests are coming soon, and so are our competitions! Yippee! Just for random info, I’m running 4x400m heats and 4x100m and maybe 100m individual. Haha. Yup. :)

oh, elysha, do you know that competitions and SYF have been pushed forward to april, cos of AOG or YOG?? but I heard from sai ying that judo is still in july. :)

Anyway, the main reason I am here is to share my OBS experience! :) it’s going to be very brief, cos I still have work to do. XP and, there's no pictures, cos no one brought cameras. XD

Day 1: We did all the quite boring intro and stuff luh. Oh oh, I was the food i/c with Theodora! When people heard that I was food i/c, they were like,” OMG! Can eat one or not?” GAH. Am I that bad? XD Haha. Anyway, we cooked dinner for the first night. I only cooked the rice. And stirred the sardines. Haha. Boy, was dinner delicious! We had rice, sardines, and peanuts. Oh ya, we were given a whole box of rations, which included loads of biscuits (ooh, OREO!!!!), bread, canned food, cake, etc. They would be our food for the next 5 days. And guess what, Theodora and I rationed so well, that by the end of 5 days, we had loads of tidbits, bread and tuna left! Haha. J Anyway, back to whatever I was talking about, before I digressed. :) Hmm. Oh, we were the unlucky group out of like 8-10 groups that had to pitch a proper tent. The rest actually got those tents that just needed a frame and then the whole thing would be propped up. We were SO ANGRY. Cos it was so difficult (though we became pros in pitching tent after pitching and un-pitching for 4 nights XD) and time-consuming! My group had to wake up earlier than the rest to un-pitch the tent, in the DARK. >.< so poor thing. But, I guess we learnt how to work together after this tent pitching experience. :) haha. So reflective. : Yup, that’s about what we did on the first day.

I am so disappointed. Why isn't anyone posting?? Anyway, I shall share with you guys some jokes that will (hopefully) make you guys laugh. :D

Joke #1:
P.S. This joke is for people whose chinese is good. haha. just joking. But you have got to know some terms to understand this one luh. :)

Main characters - Theodora and Xiong Yue (when they were sec 1)

During Sec One LSC, At Mount Faber, At Swimming Pool (I sound like I am writing script stage directions! haha. XD)

(Theodora realises that Xiong Yue isn't going to swim)

Theodora: Hey Xiong Yue, why aren't you swimming?
Xiong Yue: My 大姨妈来了.
Theodora: (a bit confused) So you are going to the airport to fetch her??
Xiong Yue: (gives the OMG look)

Moral of the story: Please please please know what 大姨妈means! For those who don't know, it is the thing that comes every month luh. =.= get the joke? LAUGH!!!!!

Joke #2:
P.S. I won't call this a joke luh. More like something totally revolting. 209ers (08) would know about it, so this would be for Elysha.

On Friday, we had PCCG lesson at the audi. The teachers decided we needed seniors to talk to us about sec 3 life. We ended up talking about OBS, since it was just a few days away. Our NYSC president, Alicia, and senior councilor, Xiao You, were among the sec 4s.

They started talking about settling our "emergencies" (i hope you know what i mean) when trekking in the wilderness. Alicia said that we had to dig holes and then settle our business there, then cover everything up and put a stick above the place. Why put a stick? Most people had asked. Cos' you won't want other people digging the SAME HOLE that you just settled your business in, Alicia replied quite calmly. GROSS!!!!

Then, Alicia said that when they were in OBS, trekking, her friend needed to settle some big business, but refused to dig a hole. So she wanted to go to the SEA TO SETTLE. :O Alicia was shocked of course, and refused to go with her friend, so that friend asked another friend to go with her. This time, the friend agreed. And so, the 2 girls went to the sea. the one accompanying stood back facing te sea, so she won't see what the girl is doing (cos she would probably not want to eat anything after that XD), and the other girl was like 马步 (you remember nanzhongquan? yep.) in the sea and you-know-what. GOSH!!!! TOTALLY YUCK YUCK! And now, who would dare to step into the sea?? hur hur. I must make sure I don't open my mouth when I am in the water...

And so, they kayaked all the way to the island. Upon reaching, they all stood in one neat row and started peeing in the water!!!!! OMG!!!!! :O now, i feel like puking.

Hello people!

Lol, it has been AGES since I last blogged huh? Sorry luh. No time! Even today’s will be unusually short one, cos I still have BIO SIA to do.

Anw, as you can see attached here, is our investiture montage!!! I hope it can be played luh. If not I will cry! :( we didn’t take very long to do this montage, but we took a lot of effort, especially the brainstorming! I don’t know how many mornings we spent just stoning cos our minds were blank. XD anyway, our seniors and people from other schools said that our montage was good, so I hope the 209ers and anyone else who come here like it too! :) by the way, I was one of the “magician” in the montage you know! Try to see which one! XD plus, my magic trick was the ONLY one that was a true magic trick, the rest were all digitally enhanced. HAHAHA! XD

Speaking of council stuff, lixian and I are wearing the council uniform now!! :) it’s not nice to wear at all can (I hope no council people come to see this, if not, I will be pig’s soup). No circulation of air, so every day, every moment, I am sweating. And I noticed that Lixian sweats more now. haha. So unglam. Especially in front of LEAF huh? XD haha. Lixian’s gonna kill me when she sees this, but never mind. I don’t tease here that often now, so she should appreciate that. J anyway, elysha, if we have the chance, we will take a picture and post it here for you to laugh at. XD

OBS is like in 2 weeks time!!!! AHHHHHH!!!! :O I don’t know whether I should be scared our excited. I so don’t want to be not bathing for 4 whole days!!! Plus, I don’t think I will be able to sleep with all the wild animals and insects moving about. UGH! YUCK! But on the flip side, there will be so many cool stuff! Like hiking, like kayaking, like high elements… Just so cool! :) My friends and I were saying that in our group, we should have at least 1 NPCC, 1 ST JOHN and 1 GIRL GUIDES. You know why? NPCC can pitch tents, St John can save us when we faint or something, and last but not the least (and the most important), girl guides cook good food! Hahaha. So practical huh? :)

Oh! Elysha, OMG, you look so cute in the peter pan outfit! It’s quite creative. Haha. J that’s a frog on your head right?? :)

And, you know for sec 4 graces camp?? I heard that we are allowed to wear tuxedos or something. XD but nah, I won’t be so boy-ish as to wear THAT. I will probably be too short anyway. BUT I won’t be wearing a gown, if anyone expects me to be. I will look so WEIRD!!! Don’t worry elysha, when the time comes, we will take picture for you, then you can see for yourself what we look like. And laugh all you want AT the computer. :)

Oh! I shall talk about my sec 1 juniors! I haven’t talked about them yet right? :) man, they are a really cute bunch. Talk a lot though. Haha. Plus, they are all taller than me!!!! Wahhhhh!! L there’s these 2 juniors (who have gone to jumps already), Cherise and Vivian, they are always bullying me about my height luh. Naughty naughty. After Investiture, they have started calling me banana because of the banana suit. XDThe rest are all very sweet. I write to 2 of them, Maya and Rebecca. I tell you, Theodora (who sits next to me), is so jealous of me because I have so nice juniors. Guess what? There was once, they knew I was having lunch training and was going to miss lunch, so one bought chocs for me, and another bought milo! The whole bunch of them were hiding around and attempting to sneak the milo into my shoe bag cos they thought I couldn’t see them. It’s quite hilarious luh. XD

oh, speaking of juniors, me and lixian had this short conversation one morning:

Lixian: Hey Sabrina, I tell you something funny…Eh, no, it’s sad.
Sabrina: (gives a funny face) Where got funny and then sad one? Weird. What is it?
Lixian: I got this sec 1 who cried when she knew she was going to my section (Chinese Orchestra).
Sabrina: (burst out laughing)

I don't know why I was laughing then, cos come to think of it now, it isn’t funny what. ??? I must be going mad.

Hello one and all!

Yes, I am posting. I know. HAHA. Nyeh nyeh no one is posting (much) leh. Are you people really busy??? When are Blocks? Hahha oh you poor people. :P And when is OBS!!! I feel excited for you, man. HAHA. Can't wait for the photos/feedback after the camp. :D It's going to be so much fun, really! :)

Wellllll last week was my first week of school and it felt like forever. I mean, seriously, Sec3/Year 9 has SO MUCH more homework. Not funny. I can feel the stress building already haha. But it's definitely quite fun, I guess, the feeling of being busy again! Haha. I have not enough sleep though! No more 12+++ hours a day :(

Uh, Judo started and training is more... painful now haha fresh abrasions + muscle aches!!! :0 Haha I found another more competitive club to train at - the Monash University Judo club, whoo. Haha. The people there are all older/stronger than me so I keep getting thrown. Haha. It's good though. I like it better than winning all the tiny people at the previous club haha. :D

OH YEAH OMG I GOT A NEW OBSESSION. Ok so it's not so new anymore for those who read my livejournal. Haha. But I'm sure Lixian and Sab are too busy to, so here goes! I am... FOREVER FED FAN (FFF)!!! Roger Federer, if you don't get it. Haha. The Tennis dude! He is awesome!!! Omg omg. Haha. But yeah he lost the 2009 Aussie Open to Nadal, but it's ok 'cuz I still love him very much and Nadal played so well and he deserved it, so. :D

Um, I'm moving house soon? I think. It keeps delaying because of the weather (it has been so bad - heat wave for one day and cold/rainy for the next) and everything. But yes I will move eventually haha.

Idk if I'm going back to Singapore this year :/ 'Cos we're moving house and then economy isn't so good (HAHA), so I guess not. Maybe next year! 'Cuz we'll be Sec4 and I cannot wait to see you guys again!!! Omg we are growing up so fast, do you remember Sec1 at all?! It seems like ytd yet so far away :0

Has anyone been in contact with Jia Hui? I'm sure school has started for her as well and she must be very busy now in her new 95% asian school haha. Ahem yes I should really catch up with her haha.

Yes, photo! Uh, if you haven't already seen this on my livejournal, this was when I dressed up as Peter Pan (tried to, anyway) for a friend's fairytale-themed birthday party. Haha. I made the costume myself (explains a lot, doesn't it?)!!! :D Heehee.

Hello everyone! Happy New Year EVE! =) I really miss all of you can! even you sabrina! HAHA i will do my IH research after i have blogged this so.. RELAX! =P

Now.. Let my rant for a while! I was really pissed the past few days b'cos of some CLEVER and PRO ppl, which resulted in my display msg on MSN xD hehe. If you want to know more, you can just try to see the link between my piss-ness and some RANDOM (and truly RANDOM) post at the nyco blog yea.. I just want to say, "Pleaseeee DO NOT SAY anything if you aren't better! WE (the rest of us, not sure about You Lah (note the initials xD) since you are always going out with your DEAR 'cutee') worked really hard and to be able to play at such a standard with so little practise time.. I think we are GOOD and GOOD and THE BEST! Plus, we really prac-ed and worked hard on our yin zun, qi4, lun2 yin1 and etc the past few weeks! What do you need to prac? coming in on time?! oh yea. true. SO.. You shouldn't comment and you should really just KEEP QUIET. What you said really HURT and DEMORALiSE us. thanks! ithinkyouarethebai4lei4ofyoursectionseriously!youarenotevengoodandyousaytherestaren't GOOD?whatnonsense? ~pheww.. I relieved my anger! Can I say I love blogs? ANYWAY.. Let's talk about school!

1. I like my teachers! don't you agree Sabrina? ok..
i. Mr Kong (LA teacher) is very nice and very easy to talk to!
ii. Mrs Chang (Math teacher aka FT) is OK lah.. notreallyasgoodasofcourseyou-know-who! xD but she is also very friendly and ok ^^
iii. Yang lao shi is ok. At the start, i was quite =/ abt her. BUT she really very amusing! she makes faces to herself when there are funny answers from us to her questions! HAHA!
iv. Miss Lye (bio) is very HYPER and FUN! haha asshortasmissyetoo! xD She really makes bio quite fun lah! xP
v. Miss tan (chemistry) is COOL! Let me tell you my chem all the while is going to fail or ALREADY FAILED. But now my chemical formulae is ok le! She really very effective!
Let me tell you what happen (but very paiseh!) ok.. you know on the first official day of class, we had chemical formulae quiz, and i got 3/10 =(. Then miss tan has this system where at the end of the quiz, everyone stands, then when she says 10/10, those who get full marks sit down and it goes down. SO those who failed (ME LAH!) will stand there very paiseh-ly =( HAIZ. Then the 2nd i did study but still not enough.. so i got 6/10! But standing for a long time still a bit paiseh lah xD.
Then on the day where we have our 3rd quiz (every chem lesson all got quiz de, except for lab practical lessons lah xD), before chem we had LA and we needed to do essay. I finished my essay before time and started looking at the chem paper AGAIN. i was like "oh no! 5 more mins to chem lessons! quick read! Aluminium is Al3+, 3+, 3+, Zinc is Zn2+. 2+ ah! ... then when the bell rang, i went to the toilet with Sabrina (more of like pulled sab to the toilet) in the hope of seeing XXX to get good luck xD haha but to no avail. HAHA OH you know in the toilet, Sabrina was liek "aiya you dun so nervous lah! you got 3 first time, 6 2nd time, maybe you get 9 this time! *laughs*
We went back and Ms Tan was there. Then we started the quiz. YOU KNOW?? when i was doing the quiz, i kept fidgeting and my heart was BEATING like crazy can! I never feel like this even during math/ HMP/ any exams! 0.o dun ask me why i feel like that. GUESS what i got for the quiz??

I was like very HAPPY can! then when we went thru the miss tan system, i realised that BETHANY AND SABRINA got full marks too! SO Cool right?! then... dunno why, i started to 'cry' SO PAISEH! and WORST!!! Our dear Sabrina was like 'screaming' Lixian is crying. She is crying!! SO Paiseh! can! xxDD lol. ok. next teacher! =)

vi. IH teacher.. Eh.. i dunno what to say. Cos mr tan have been on NS for the first 2 weeks and we only have lessons with him so HEHE. BUT he seems approachable lah! haha xD even tho he said something SHOCKING to us on the first day of class.
Mr Tan: I know you people are new to IH. I am also as new to IH as you. This is my first year teaching IH. 0.o AHHA i could hear some WRONG murmurings going around in the class! xD
vii. Mr Lim Chow Hoon (geog) HAHA do i need to say anything? as usual, he teaches LOUDLY and EFFECTIVELY! what else man?! ahha you know one time, cos we having lessons in the lib in our respective rooms, for example, those double science and one humans ppl (geog/history/alit/chinese lit) will go to like geog room;history room etc. Then Mr Lim was teaching happily when a history teacher (dunno her name x/) came to our room and tell him to teach softer xD haha they conversed in hokkien some more!
viii. Lastly.. HMP! HAHA to be back with 20'08 is really a HAPPY and ENJOYABLE thing! Really! So fun! esp. wen ting ah, denise ah, ama, song yang, etc! So fun and stuff! but sometimes we a bit noisy and keep fidgeting then keep interupting mr lim until he sometimes a bit pissed which leads to him forgetting what he was saying.. SO.. Keep Quiet! shh.. =) oh! i am HMP REP! xDD so FUN! 8D

Haha, I have finally posted! :) thanks elysha for posting on new year's eve and new year's day. :)

anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS!!!! haha. I mass-sent happy new year smses this morning and the sms went like this:
Hey all, Happy new yea! :) School starts tmr! haha. XD

and, so i probably spoilt lots of people's new year's day mood by reminding them that school starts tmr. haha. sorry lah.

okay, anyway, that was just totally random. I'm kinda rushing now, cos I want to watch the 小娘惹 aka the little nonya. haha. it's starting in like 2min time? haha. XD

I have met like 4 of my juniors already! and guess what?? *suspense* they are all taller than me!!! D: hur hur. I think I seriously have to resign to my pathetic fate already...BUT WAIT, I've still got Sec 4!! (still being optimisstic XD). Ya lah, my only hope. If I end up still being shorter than my juniors, I will really have to wear 5-inch high heels already!! XD by the way, is 5-inch very high? XD oh wells.

answering elysha's question about what I have done this holiday...nothing much, I have realised. D: there was council camp (which didn't turn out to be a real killer), my trip to australia (which was great, cos I didn't have to stay in the same hotel room as my parents. haha. XD and also because it was real fun with my neighbours and friends, who came along with me.), and lots of track training (though I missed quite alot), and lots of swimming training (I think I am faster now XD and I look like a gorilla. hur hur.). yup, a brief summary of my holiday. haha. oooh, i went to island creamery again! ate this REVERSO ice cream. haha. XD went with my track mates lah.

oh, I got the BSP (Bicultural studies programme) scholarship. :) and guess what? it means that I get to go china for 3 months! muahahaha. my mother is thinking of going over to china with me. O.o i hope i get computer access there, then I can post about life there down here! haha. that would be cool. it would be better if lixian could come along lah, right lixian?

Elysha learnt how to cycle? :) that's great! I think I can't cycle anymore (anyway, I never could cycle properly on a 2-wheel bicycle. haha. it would go slanted all the time! XD) and my bicycle is rotting in pieces (RIP) in the carpark! :O the only thing i do now, other than swimming and running (XD), is ice-skating!!! which is super duper uber cool! I'm learning how to skate backwards and do funny turns now, but quite unsuccessful lah, cos the teacher no use lah. guess who is the teacher??? ME!!!! haha. no lah, i just watch the pros skate here skate there and try to follow. *imagine sabrina trying to figure out how the skaters skate and imitate them* man, i don't fall on my butt is already something good. haha. XD

HELLO EVERYBODY! I am posting heehee :D

So... happy new year! How has 2009 been? :)

I hope you are enjoying today/have finished your holiday homework, because school starts tmr for you people ;D How exciting! New juniors (CCA tryouts for some!), new classes/classmates, your choice of subjects, SYF/competition training and upper secondary whoo!

School here for me doesn't start until 30 Jan, but don't be envious/angry because I only ended school mid-Dec. Haha it's a long summer holiday, but the weather isn't all that warm here, thank God :}

What did YOU do during your Dec holiday? Practice your instrument? Do your holiday homework? Go for class gatherings? Go for holiday training?

Haha well I practice my instruments yes but there's no~~t much~~ homework to do and there is nearly nothing else on, so. Haha. I've been... sleeping (a lot), eating (A LOT), watching TV and going out haha. Oh and I learnt how to cycle! That made me feel really accomplished haha

Ok thennnnnn I wish you guys all the best for the exciting new year!!! I am actually really looking forward to starting school and everything haha. It's going to be fun :D

HELLO I AM POSTING ON NEW YEAR'S EVE AS I PROMISED :D

Heehee how is everybody! It is the last day of 2008 and when you open your eyes tmr it's going to be 2009! :0 Haha all pumped for the new year??? Man, time passes so fast omg it is hard to believe. It seems like ytd when we were all Sec1s who just came to 109 and LSC (we won the talent thing remember!!!) and EOYs haha. Good times, good times.

I miss you guys loads and I know you guys will miss 209'08 A LOT as well when you stream to your Sec3 classes (OMG SEC3/15 YEARS OLD + NEW JUNIORS?!?!?!) next year. There is none like 209'08, is there? :) So have class gatherings often k! Like, at the end of the year. Just go for lunch at someone's place (ahem Tingwei ahem) or something! :D Jia Hui/I will try to go back and visit you! :}

Speaking of Jia Hui, we went out for lunch ytd! Sushi yum yum haha I love sushi so much I can eat it every day. But the sad thing is that it's expensive :( Haha k anyway YES out with Jia Hui and she's fine haha still pretty and insanely smart and talented. ;D

Oh yeah, for those who don't know, we were supposed to go the same school next year! But uh she's changing school next year and I'm not in the end haha.

1) She got offered a place in Korowa Girls' (my current school) and was meant to come next year.

2) We both got into Mac.Rob Girls' (they say it's the "best school in Victoria" and you get in through selection) and she is going but I'm not. We both have our own reasons but oh well it's nice to know we almost became schoolmates again haha

So yeah. I don't know about you, but I'm really excited for next year haha! We don't get to choose our (core) subjects next year but in Sec4, so we still do everything but it's going to be a blast! We have something like OBS here as well and I'm looking forward to that as well :D

Haha ok I will post again tmr just because it's new year's! :} Hehheh now photo time!

Hello! Merry Christmas to everyone! See! I'm so 乖 ;D blogging on Christmas to wish everyone a blessed, filled with joy and laughter (HAHAHA!) year ahead! (hehe I seem to be blogging on New Year's Day) =P ok.. Updates on what I'm doing..
1. Falling sick =(( [I went to eat some Peranakan food at Straits Inn today at Lim Tua Tow.. lol! There were a lot of people there eating! Why?? B'cos now EVERYONE's watching Little Nyonya AKA 小娘惹. So the hot pick is Peranakan food! (at least that's what me and my family members figured out as to why so many ppl want to eat there lah ^^) Then I think we ordered too much messy stuff.. So by 3 plus (when I was shopping at Seng Kang) I felt like vomitting and DEAD (I was sweating cold sweat you know! =(( ) =P hehe but I AM OK now! =)
2. Prac-ing piano!! I'm learning Toccata in E minor by Bach and Doumka by Tchaikovsky now! I hope to finish learning these 2 pieces by 31 December 2008 then have enough time to brush up and polish it! HEHE next year's (sec 3) HMP EOY for practical is SHE examining leh! Off course must do well lah! ^^ No lah! Is for comp next year lah! I'm gonna be the senior-est in my category =/ so must work hard and try to get into next round or else no more chance le! (then at least won't 辜负my piano teacher's 期望！HAIZ!) But it's not gonna be easy!! =( So many pro pro NAFA ppl still got my piano teacher's pro students! AHHHHHHH! =X
3. Prac-ing sheng! (It's for SYFand hui bao next year! oh! and for exams next year! 王老师 say he want me to go for exams next year! but need to prac lah! BUT not for comp 2 years later! ~hehe sorry lah! Kuan Git, I seriously and REALLY cannot go join one! my sheng is totally -.- I don't wanna scare all the judges! =P lol! HAIZ! I really REALLY worried for SYF next year! My part is like +0( haiz tried doing fu zhen but not obvious enough! Mrs Ee didn't say anything = giving up hope le =(( kuan git!! must help me! I will bring my sheng on chalet then you coach me??! HEHE! thanks man! XD lol!
4. Worry about next year! Seriously! got a lot of things next year!

I haven't posted in like 2 months I know I'M SORRY I have been honestly very busy! School only ended last Wed really really. Haha. But tsk now I am posting!!!

Sorry elysha, I’m finally posting now. ;) how are you doing?

Actually, it’s supposed to be chew lixian posting, but she apparently has gone to hibernating mode and has not been posting, despite our constant reminders. ;) now, poor elysha has resorted to posting as well! Tsk. Chew lixian, see how much we have done for you? XD

I’m lucky I’m not wasting away at home, though I think I’m like the opposite. Working like an ox. Swim swim swim, run, run, run, occasionally go out and play. XD that’s sabrina’s life man. Which is why I don’t really post now, I will simply bore you guys to tears. Anyway, here goes!

Firstly, since elysha asked about our eoys and MSGs and subject combinations, I shall update her on the stuff from my side! (let lixian do hers, give her pressure! XD) okay, eoys weren’t as good as sec 1 (duh). Obviously cos the papers are more difficult, but also partly because I decided to slack a bit (then people will be like, “YOU DID?! You still seem to be mugging!” -.-). Was watching quite a lot of TV ya know. Haha. XD my 长文缩短got 8/20 man! Record-breaking low! :( oh wells, who ask I so long-winded? XD for my eoys, my MSG was a horrible 1.83, but overall, I managed to get 1.33. :) my subject combinations are actually based on what I don’t like, instead of what my interests are. Like, I don’t like Physics, so I’m taking Chem and Bio and Advanced Lit. ;) you can say that I am choosing my subjects based on interests in a way lah. XD and I am taking Bicultural Studies Programme. :) it’s this so-called cheena thing lah, although in JC we will actually be learning the western culture (that is, if I can survive that long XD). Yup. That’s all that I have. :) aww, elysha, you mean you can only choose your subjects in sec 4??? Doesn’t that mean you can only choose for JC ?? tsk tsk. Then you will have to decide carefully! What ya wanna be when you grow up? A food connoisseur or something? I still remember your taste buds are pretty sensitive. :)

Secondly, 309 ’09 万岁! I’m going to 309 next year! I guess most people would have known that already (NYGH girls all very kepo one lah, including me). XD it seems to be a really jolly class, cos there’s a lot of happy and cheerful people there (not talking about me lah)! J that’s nice. Lixian is in the same class as me, and she hopes that we will be on the 2nd floor, so that she can drag me to go and see LEAF every day. Hur hur. Somebody please save me!!! Ooh, Rachel can go along with her. Then they 2 can make a deal: Rachel accompany Lixian to go and see LEAF, then Lixian later must accompany her to see her “ahem!”. Haha. It’s so nice to tease people nowadays. XD I’ve been teasing a lot of people lately…how evil of me…well, too bad I don’t have 丑闻for people to tease me with! XD *Sabrina the super being* haha. I take on my father lah (he keeps saying that he is a super being, every time super being saves the day, super being overcomes the obstacles, super being…super being…so ego lah)

Thirdly (if there is one XD), christmas is getting closer and closer!!! My mum set up our Christmas tree like, at the beginning of november can! Haha. Too bad the presents are not flooding in yet. :( I heard that I’m attending lots of Christmas parties!!! Ooh…haha. Also heard that the restaurants that we are going to serve wonderful food!!! Yummy! XD haha, as people say, Singaporeans don’t eat to live, they live to eat! XD or is it just me?? XD

Then, I might not be going for OBS next year! :( my friend said that cos we have competitions very early next year, probably like in march and april or something, so coach might ask us to skip this time’s one and go during june! Although OBS means digging a hole to pee and being dirty the whole day and most of the time, I still want to go OBS in march! Cos it would be with all (or most) of the people whom I know. Hur hur. I (along with the trackers) sad case lah. :(

I don’t have anything else interesting to say already. XD ooh! I know what to talk about! My swimming training…haha. You see, cos I am really old already (I have been stuck in my group for the past 2 years alr. I’m like 3-4 years older than most of the people in my group, and most of the people whom I used to train with 2 years (and earlier, people are upgrading all the time) ago have already upgraded.) and yet I have not upgraded (as in go to the next group, which is advance group), so my coach has been trying to kick me out of the group 教练不要我了. :( the reason why I haven’t upgraded is because: 1) I seldom come for training, so my attendance is like totally unacceptable 2) I don’t want to upgrade (don’t ask me why, I also don’t know). Anyway, so I have to upgrade and to upgrade, I have to pass all upgrading criteria, which includes my attendance. Haha. Yup. So my coach is making me come like twice a day nowadays, since it’s holiday now. :( I need to attend 20 more trainings by the end of this year leh! Hur hur.

Now, I’m really done with my crapping. :)

Hi everybody I am posting because Jing Ying threatened to not come here anymore if we don't start posting.

Haha no I am kidding tsk. It just happened that it's YOUR turn today again! I know I haven't posted since forever but believe me I haven't been in contact with many of my Singapore friends 'cos I've actually been really busy with school and everything. Heh.

Well, for one, I just came back from camp today! For the past 4 - 5 days, I have been HARDCORE CAMPING aka 1 week OBS. So I have been pitching tents and not bathing and bushwalking and doing all these stuff that I would have never done back in Singapore. Haha. It's not bad lah. But I am a city (Singapore) girl so I decided that I will never live in the jungle :)

Sab and Lixian you guys seriously HAVE TO POST. 'Cos it's Dec hols now in Singapore I KNOW and btw I still have 2 and 1/2 weeks of school before my summer hols start!!! Hee. Please? :D

Hmm well I hope you two are doing really fine and when you post talk about EOYs and MSGs and subject selections! Sec3/Year 9 is such an exciting year I am really looking forward to it :D We don't get to choose our subjects until Year 10/Sec4 unlike you guys haha. ;)

OH and Christmas is coming, how exciting!!! Is anyone else really pumped for it as well??? :D Teehee. And are you guys going anywhere/have you guys been anywhere during the hols? Sab mentioned in one of her tags that she's going to Gold Coast? Awesome place ;D Heehee

Hello people!
Sorry I took so long to post… all the eoys fault lah! Hmph. And it didn’t turn out very fantastic in the end! Hmph! I think I will really need like 2 days of mourning when I get back my results. Then, it will be play again! XD and I’m going Australia this holiday! Too bad I’m not going to Melbourne, can’t go and visit you elysha! L I’m going gold coast and tangalooma. Initially, I was supposed to go japan, but the preparation got quite complicated and stuff, especially since I was going with my neighbour’s family and my friend’s family, yup, so we decided to go Australia instead! :)

Ooh. Elysha, we went ice-skating today! Me, Lixian, Kailin, Simone, Jiaqi, Crystal, Eleanor, Amanda Ong, Jocelyn and Drina. :) we even took a picture and a video (well, I took the picture and video, so I wasn’t inside, haha). They are in my handphone and my handphone can’t connect to my computer, so I will have to send it to someone then I can upload down here! Anyway, it was real fun you know! Some of them didn’t know how to ice-skate but learnt how to in the end. It only took them 2 hours you know! J then we made a long human chain that blocked practically everyone else from passing us and it was usually Eleanor and me lugging the whole pack of people! Then, the chain would break halfway and some people (like lixian…ahem!) would fall down for no reason. Hahaha. The people sometimes wanted to go slower (because most of the time when we went fast, our butts and knees would be in danger of getting injured, if not, we would be close to crashing into some poor innocent fella) so I tried slacking at the back of the chain, and Eleanor was in the middle of the chain, but we ended up not moving much. Then I would be there stoning and waiting as if gold would fall from the sky. >< haha. After all the fun, it was the pain. Ooh ooh! I’ve got some inspiration! What about “fun pain”?? haha. Oxymoronic!! -.- I think I must have gone mad from the romeo and Juliet (where art thou, my romeo!) anyway, most of us got blisters in the end ( I didn’t, cos I have been skating quite often, so much more “thick-skinned”. Hehe. Talk crap lah. I was just plain lucky). Eleanor’s foot was even bleeding! When she realised, she was like, “Oh, so now I know which foot was in pain.” Like -.-! I would have been hopping about ouching about an hour ago if I were her. But anyway, that’s why she’s Eleanor and I’m Sabrina. Haha.

Enough of ice-skating already, or I will never finish this post (and I still have other stuff to do! Ahhh! See elysha, see how much I am willing to sacrifice for you?? XD)

Lixian was SO HAPPY during her HMP practical exam! Cos it was Leaf who was invigilating! Haha. Then after everything, leaf even smsed her, saying that her piano piece was played very good. Haha, I think lixian must have had difficulty sleeping that day! Tsk. And then, lixian asked me to go with her to XXX dept to go and stalk leaf 5 times next Tuesday! Hur hur. Elysha!!! Help!!!!

We are going to Malacca from 13 Nov to 15 Nov, because we have been learning conversational Malay. I’m SO EXCITED! Cos this would be my first overseas (if you even call it overseas) outing with the class! I hope I won’t let anyone discover any of my bad habits and I won’t discover anyone’s! it would be so embarrassing! Haha. XD my 201 friend said that the people can speak Chinese and English perfectly, so I guess we won’t need to spend so much effort trying to get them to understand what we are saying! Anyway, I haven’t been revising my malay, so all that I know how to say in Malay is hello, eat, and thank you, which are actually very important. Haha. I would update on it when the date is closer, by then, I can tell you who I am bunking with! :)

Oooh! About our class chalet! We are having a class chalet from 3 Nov – 5 Nov!!! it’s at changi. It’s going to be pretty chaotic, that’s why we have already thought of a (hopefully) VERY EFFICIENT system of administration. There will be 6 committees: EXCO, food, cleanliness, curfew, toilet and games. EXCO is overall in charge. Food would take care of our everyday meals (which is very important, because Sabrina gets grumpy when she has an empty stomach XD), cleanliness would ensure that the chalet is neat and tidy, and not like some war zone or something, curfew would set up curfew hours, like what time we are supposed to be back in the chalet, what time we are supposed to be sleeping and stuff (but curfews are meant to be broken, so good luck to the curfew people), toilet would think of an arrangement, such that not 33 people charge into the toilet at the same time, and games would make sure that we are always entertained (if we get bored, they might have to end up making a performance to keep us entertained! Haha) who would be in what committee, the list is with drina and I totally forgot about it, so I can’t tell you now. oh ya, cos we happened to have 1 choral and drama night rehearsal on the 4 Nov and 209B’s rehearsal is way early, like 9 plus or something in the morning, so we actually have to wake up super early and then take public transport to NYGH which is like a million miles away from change chalet. Haha, I think it would be cool. And if I am not wrong, the drama reps are trying to arrange with another class so that they can have rehearsals at around the same time as us (cos initially, their rehearsal is supposed to be in the late afternoon). So, maybe the whole class can all wake up early and drag themselves to school. Haha. That would be so amusing. Maybe I can take some pics of them in the bus. XD then upload them here. This would be a page where we upload 209’s unglam photos. Muahahahaha.

Haha I hope you are studying hard/doing well for EOYs! It must suck to have exams on your birthday... I feel sorry for you. Haha. Anyway, I really hope it was an awesome birthday nevertheless! Teehee. Sorry I can't be, like, there to celebrate/study with you and all, but just so you know from 3000+km away I love you ok!!! I even had your birthday reminder in my homework diary thing haha :)

Ok well you people should be studying right now so you probably won't see this until after EOYs end! Heh. So yeah, school started last Tuesday and spring is here! Hee. I've been pretty busy with homework/projects/rehearsals/stuff haha. Have been doing pretty well for my (small) tests AND guess what I STARTED JUDO!!! Like, finally, I know. HAHA. But it's awesome and I love it! Having muscle aches now though... Haha.

OH YEAH I got LGH's email about Cleanliness report this month (I still receive Nanyang mail haha)!!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU GUYS!!! YOU GOT AN A THIS TIME!!! Awesome, man. Amanda Lim and Song Yang are doing such a great job :D And of course it's also the entire 209's effort! Good job, everybody! :)

HELLO NOBODY IS POSTING.

It is so depressing because I KNOW that it's the Sept hols in Singapore right now! But then again, considering that they are Sabrina Yeo and Chew Lixian, and that EOYs aren't that far away... I forgive you. Heh.

So yes I will talk about myself now thank you. :} Um, nothing much is happening, I suppose. Quite busy in school with homework and music and er other school activities. We are doing some stupid/pointless/boring Robotics program now IT IS HORRIBLE. I'd rather do my normal subjects ANY DAY seriously. >:(

Blah on a happier note, my Pokemon has advanced to Badge #7 and my Neopets hit 550,000nps! :D Cheap thrills whoo! Heehee.

OH YEAH we went to visit a Judo school today! Oh my goose (I am trying to stop swearing, really and truly) it is AWESOME. I really, really, REALLY want to start Judo again! In case you didn't know, I haven't played Judo in 4 months now, and my hands are itching to throw! My my my. Pray hard for me!!! (My daddy is quite optimistic on allowing me and perhaps my frog brother to start, now it's my mom we have to convince.)

The weather is getting better and the days are getting longer! Winter is going and spring is hereeeeeeeee :) It makes me happy. But sometimes the afternoons get pretty warm I am not used to perspiring anymore. Haha! I will die when I go back to Singapore to visit, man :/

My 2-week spring break starts in 2 - 3 weeks! It isn't much to look forward to, actually. Idk. I am excited about things like my next Piano/Electric Bass (YEAH BASS WHOO) lessons and the Jazz Soiree (where I am a "guest drummer" for the Clarinet Ensemble) and starting Judo (!!!) again and finishing the Robotics program (ARGH). Hmm. The future seems rather far away, I guess.

Well, I'm having a great time here with my friends haha. They are very awesome people (just to name a few - Paris, Morgan, Charlie, Peta, Danica, Gwen...). With awesome accents, yes. Haw haw. But my Singapore friends are awesome too :) And I love you people more, because, like, I'm closer to you guys? I'm not THAT close to/comfortable with my friends here (yet). Mmhm. And I still haven't found a Youth service (I'm Christian, btw) to attend. :/ Ah well. Soon soon! God knows His time :)

Oh y'know you guys are really fortunate! Haha I haven't posted on my livejournal for DAYS and here I am posting for you! Hahaha :P Jokes, jokes. Heh. But I've been replying emails/messages pretty consistently (though slowly), so be happy if you got my 1-month-old email/message. Haha ok hello everybody! I know I haven't posted for a month now I am sorryyyyyyy!!! Have been quite busy lately with school and Neopets (heh) and stuff. Haha. And don't worry I haven't (only) forgotten you (I haven't really been replying emails/messages too...)! Heh.

HI SABRINA YEO it's nice to see your posts :) Now Blocks/Nats over already very free is it?! Haha. Mmhm I don't have competitions one leh. It's, like, just for fun? Haha. Leisure kind of thing. Y'know, just to keep fit. I will wait for my Judo opportunities! Hee. Btw I'm (still) not doing Judo right now because my parents have to "consider" (like, after 3 months -.-). SOON SOON.

hey there!

I know the concert band was over quite some time ago, but anyway, here's the picture that we took after the concert! Rachel and Wen Ting had so many gifts! Theodora as well! Oh ya, the people from our class who went all wore so adultish you know! haha. that could be considered a compliment. ;) i guess they are all ready for the sec 4 camp! I just wore my usual t-shirt and jeans and jacket lah. which is why i will never be ready for the sec 4 camp! maybe ready for the sec 3 OBS lah. ahahahahah. :) bethany was saying that i looked so much like a boy that when she first saw me from afar, she was thinking,"Wah, that boy quite cute ah, but a bit too short for me leh." hahahaha. XD so hilarious. and lots of people can't wait for the sec 4 camp cos they get to see for the first time in history, sabrina yeo ke qing wear a freaking gown. it's ICT lesson now! the rest are all rushing their Flash Assignment 2. haha. cos' it's supposed to be handed in today. ;) i finished it last week lah. so that i had the time to complete my other homework... :)

oh well. we had the cross-country yesterday and i nearly died can. the route was so so so LONG! 3.2KM!!! D: i came in 14th. deproved from last year's 9th. cos i walked at one part. D: eleanor the pro (and the cool, following ting wei ;) ) came in 3rd!! :)

I'm so sorry i took so long to post! competitions just ended last week and block tests JUST ended about 3 hours ago!!! muahaha. geog was horrible horrible, LA was crap (guess what, the poem, including all the analysis can be found on some BBC website -.-), chinese was okay, chemistry (which we are getting back tmr) was okay, history was easy (but doesnt mean that i will score. haha.) and maths was okay (easier than i had expected! i was freaking out the night before cos i couldnt do alot of questions). anyway, they are all OVER already!!! pop champagne!!!

haha. ahhh. let me talk about my wonderful competitions first! i ran 4x400m. cant imagine right? i died after chionging the last 150m. XD we came in 3rd okay. and i had only 1 individual:200m. i think i will be doing longer sprints now...hur hur. how's your track elysha? :) after the prize presentation, we did our 400m victory run and most of the sec 2 sprinters (jin yi, me, cheryl and yvette at least) were chionging like siao. bet we made our personal bests! XD after that, i totally regretted running so hard cos my legs were OUCH OUCH and OUCH!!!!

oh ya, our track dinner venue was this super posh restaurant at suntec city. we were made to wear our entire track suit for the whole dinner cos must keep our "wonderful" image. haha. and we were able to watch all the unglam moments of our seniors when they were sec 1. haha. bet no other cca gets to do that! all the seniors were like, "OH MY GOD!!!!!!" XD and we had a cake (which i missed cos my dad came to pick me up at that time :( )

lixian just had her chinese orchestra concert last friday. she was so high when she saw the concert booklet (guess why XD), and it was JUST ON THE CONCERT BOOKLET. haha. XD well, that's our lixian... she's being asking me to go with her to the XXX dept when she needs to see leaf. ELYSHA< YOU ARE SO LUCKY YOU ARE NOT HERE, IF NOT, YOU WOULD BE DRAGGED ALONG AS WELL. haha. oh, i didnt manage to catch her concert though. cos the block tests were the next week.

we have this korean shanghai singaporean girl. her name's hana. the reason why i call her korean shanghai singaporean girl cos she came from shanghai, her mom's a korean, her dad's singaporean malaysian mix. it's totally cool can. :) and she took all the block tests except geog (cos she went to learn the notes on rocks instead of rivers XD). like SIAO! :) she's totally pro lah.

cross-country is next week and it's at macritchie! and it's 3.2km this time!!!! hur hur. and i am running competitve running again... :(

oh ya, we dont have many pics now, when we have, then i upload okay? oh, i can upload the pics of the water plants that me and lixian are experimenting on for bio! this is our second batch y'know. the first batch (4 plants) died just 3 days after we bought them, cos our classroom was too dusty (ahem!) and so something grew on top of the water and probably killed the plants or something. yep. haha. we were never good at growing plants lah. anw,this batch managed to live for 4 days already, and still living! although one is like breathing its last few breaths alr, cos i dumped alot of pesticide inside (which is the whole point). somebody said that a group killed alot of goldfishes alr! poor fishes! tsk. ms ye said try not to kill the plants and animals but it is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE. haha. dont die then how we know whether the experiment succeed or fail? ;) so sadistic.

No one is posting again! :( Sigh. Hmm, it's my winter holidays now, so I'm just staying at home playing Neopets, heh, so I have nothing much to talk about.

Oh, today was the Judo Team Championships prelims! Nanyang Judo are in the finals!!! :D Pwnzx. We won Bishan Park 5 - 0! Teehee.

I really don't have much to say. Hur hur. For those who are interested, you can check my livejournal (it's in the links) for updates, yup. I basically just rant at a lot there, so if you're not a big fan of mine, stay away. Haha. :P

~whee!! So.. our blog is quite alive huh! haha.. Elysha, time for you to post again!! cos, Me and Sabrina alr did! :0
hehe. yes.. let's talk about ytd the ytd (sat)! I went for the Waltten Estate concert!!! It is those kinda outdoor concert.. but the only difference is that Denise, Amanda Lim (duet XD), Amanda Ong, Joelle (duet) and Ting Wei is performing!!!!! Plus.. Rachel HO went with me!!! =) Overall not bad lah!! got 2 free servings of ice-cream (tho i din like the sweet corn =(...) and candy floss plus popcorn!!! haha. but the MC was very -.-, comments that are supposed to be funny became very very VERY iced.. OH! We saw the 2 Mr Lims of the aesthetic department! After a long time, all of us who were standing at the back stage, started making noise! (Joelle's guzheng making the *deng* sound by strucking the fingers down the guzheng. it really added to the cold atmosphere created by the MC!! haha!) Unfortunately, I had to leave the concert just when Denise and Amanda was about to perform (FINALLY!) cos i had to go celebrate my cousin's 21st birthday :0.. but while looking for my dad's car, hehe, I managed to hear them perform till the end ;D! haha. and worst still, my dad's car was actually behind at the stage =.= ( got like 30 min of lecture about prioritising..) nvm! I still had a fun time, so.. the lecture is nothing!!! haha. Thanks ah, AUNTY HO, for accompanying me XP
About ytd (sunday), it was really like a day full of music! first in the morning, practise my sheng before going out.. Then went to my friend's hse to practice duet and violin (with piano accompaniment) for her MEP (mock, i think) exams! haha. We practiced for i think 2 hours (from 10 to 12) and rest (watched an episode of Sugar Sugar Rune (anime) =D very nice!!) then had lunch and practiced again before i left.. Then at home.. practice piano again.. THEN.. FINALLY!! went to SCH to watch HCCO concert!!! haha. Saw a lot of (graduated) NYCO seniors!! especially from ssabollec! haha. PLUS PLUS! I saw Joelle, Crystal and Jia Min from 209'08! X] but the audience (mainly supporters) was a bit.. Show you a few examples X>:

1. A lot of screamings from audience seats to performers (common lah hehe. *actually hope we will have that much supporters for NYCO tho..haiz*)

2. This lady, who was sitting at the last row (I think), a few rows behind me randomly took out her camera and dunno did what to it lah.. then an usher saw and went up to her.. CONVERSATION session again!!
Usher: Excuse me. Excuse me, that lady over there. Photography is not allowed in the conference hall.
'Lady': I am not taking anything pictures!! (dunno true or not lah >.<)
Usher: Ok. But please be reminded that no photography is allowed here.
'Lady': My GOD!! I am not taking any pictures (got accent one leh haha!)

=.= rite! it's like you are not supposed to eat in the library and you put a packet of potato chips in front of you. like SLAPPING yourself! but.. I am not her lah.. SO cannot jump to conclusions, maybe she really wasn't taking lah.. :/

3. OH! and this guy (should be HC one lah!) he jumped onto the stage with a bouquet of flowers! (should be for his GUY friend I think =)..) yes. JUMPED! is like 'I believe I can fly. and HOPPED up on the stage! everyone was like "WOW!" haha!! then one whole bunch (actually only 4 to 5 lah) of 'black' people chased after him too!! haha Guess who they are?!! hehe.

USHERS!!! haha. Then one of the ushers went to learn from the guy and hopped up the stage too!! Successfully achieved his goal but not as cool as the guy lah! aha

ok.. that's all for ytd. hehe. Just have to talk abt today and I will have the LONGEST post on this blog (I hope) haha!

... woke up like 8 today!!! got chased out of bed by my mum to practice piano.. AHH!! today got rehearsal!! 0.o nvm.. Then practice practice (with eyelid getting heavier and heavier) and FINALLY!! went back to my nice bed at 9.50!! yay!! woke up at 11.30 to practice again. -.- nvm but I am bloggin now!! Tadah!!..

we havent got much pics lately. well, we got a video from our news reporting sabbatical (it's was quite boring...sad to say...) where we did a really retarded news reporting of a strike (which only consisted of like 3 people?!!!). but i think xiong yue said that the file's very big and stuff and that it cant be emailed and can only be saved in a disc. hur hur. it's really retarded you know. XD but if you want it, i can mail to you! haha. and then charge you for the delivery fees! muahahaha. anyway, if we do have any pics regarding the class, i will post them (if i can figure out how to...havent done so for ages!)

I've been quite good, hahaha. I'm in Cross-Country now, by the way (they don't have Judo here, but I'm going to continue Judo in a private school). Hee. It isn't that bad, just pretty much long-distance running (i.e. averagely about 4km). Ho ho.

Oh, I play the drums/percussion for the school stage band/wind symphony, whichever needs me. Hahaha. Yeah, I can take more than 1 CCA here 'cuz I have more time now! :B

Ooh, I take the same subjects as I did in Nanyang:
- English
- Math (I'm in their extension class 'cos the normal one is doing area of circle/solving equations now -.-)
- Science (we're doing General Sciences though)
- Combined Humanities (except that we do Geog 1 semester and History the other)
- Language Other Than English (LOTE); I do Chinese (extension class, university work :0) AND French
... and other normal/pointless/boring subjects I'm too lazy to list. We get to choose our subjects for VCE (which is Singapore's A levels) next year. In Year 11 and 12 (Year 8 = Sec2, do your Math!), we will study for and take the subjects we have chosen (the subjects are spread out in the 2 years, e.g. in total if you do 12 subjects, you can do 5 subjects in Year 11 and 7 subjects in Year 12, or any combination you want). ;D

AND if you still don't know my school, it's Korowa Anglican Girls' School. I stay in Mount Waverley, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Hahahaha. Email for actual address/phone number! ;D It's rather cold now... Autumn. Hur hur. It's definitely different/BETTER from Singapore's HOT weather. :P

hello hello! sabrina here!

yesterday was a cool day! jin yi and i found $7 on the floor. we were so honest and returned to the G.O. and the people gave us eacha tube of Darlie toothpaste! -.- it's the 14-day whitening one! too bad i dont use Darlie. I use the kiddy kiddy Kodomo! haha.
yesterday's training was so so tough! 2x150m, 2x120m, 1x100m... jin yi and i died after the 100m cos we chiong-ed for the 2x150m. hur hur.
we fried bee hoon today! i did all by myself. cos adelle wanted t do with xiong yue. i managed to cook out an edible plate of bee hoon. ate halfway...
today got NAPFA. our classroom is constantly SHAKING cos so many elephants practising their standing broad jump. hehe. okay, gota go now, getting a bit hungry here...
